  • Kris Travis has called Gunnison home since 1989 when she moved to attend Western State College. After falling in love with the Gunnison Valley and its surrounding mountain towns, she decided to stay, get married, and raise her two children in the area.
  • With a broker's license and a background in real estate, Kris transitioned into managing storage units over 16 years ago, where she’s found great fulfillment in helping the community during times of transition.
  • When not managing the facilities, Kris can be found hiking, cross-country skiing, and spending time with her family.

Kylie Travis

  • Born and raised in the small town of Gunnison, Colorado, Kylie brings a deep appreciation for the local community and a fresh perspective to property management. She began her college journey at the University of Hawaii during the COVID-19 pandemic and later transferred to San Diego State University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree.
  • In the summer of 2024, Kylie returned to Gunnison with her fiancé to pursue new opportunities and contribute to the community she proudly calls home. As a property manager, Kylie combines strong organizational skills, a people-first mindset, and a passion for creating positive experiences for tenants.
  • When she’s not managing properties, Kylie enjoys the outdoor lifestyle Gunnison has to offer—skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and running—as well as spending quality time with family and friends.
